Orders are subject to Customs and Duty charges, payable by the recipient and you may be requested to pay
duty charges prior to exportation of your order from India by our delivery agent.
Returns are accepted for Products Delivered outside India subjected to the below terms and conditions:
a. Products which you received are in "Damaged/Defective" condition.
b. Products not as per description on the website.
c. Wrong fabric quality
d. Completely wrong product
Other factors
 Return should be requested within 03 days from the delivery of the item.
 Purchased products (except fabrics) can be returned.
 Saris once finished with fall and hemming will not be returned or exchanged.
 Arna India will not provide any return/refund for customized products.
 We will refund the amount after deducting 25% of the amount paid by you as duties and restocking
fee.
 Our team will validate your return request before approval of the return.
 Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled. All original packing,
labels, tags, freebies, accessories such as belts, straps, etc. should be intact.
 Items sold as sets/combos cannot be returned individually.
 Inner Wear & Sleepwear, Handkerchiefs and Blouses are not returnable.
 Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

 Please fill the reasons for return and confirm the address for pick up.
 Our team will validate your return request before approval of the return.
 After approval, we insist you keep the items properly packed for the pickup. Our logistics partner
from your country will arrange pick up of the package or will provide an address for you to drop the
package there or you need to ship us the return package. (we recommend that you use our
registered shipping method so that the order can be tracked.)
 Arna India cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned independently.

Process of Refund:
 Once item is received by us, we will process it through our quality team.
 If your item passes quality check, we will initiate the refund in the original mode of payment.
