How much are the delivery charges?

Delivery Charges are specific to the Product category and location. It is ascertained at the time of Checkout.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We dispatch most ready in stock orders within 1- 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) Most of the items are delivered within 7-10 days from the order date other than Automobile. However, there are a few items which are created on-demand or are customized that will require a timeline of 3 – 4 weeks unless specified otherwise. The approx. time of delivery is mentioned on each Product page.

How will the delivery be done?

We send all packages either via reputed courier or it can be a direct delivery from the Manufacturer or a personal delivery from the nearest local store. Our Customer care team will be available to guide through entire transaction period till the completion of order.

What about taxes (Sales tax, Octroi etc.) ?

Taxes are levied based on the Product type, category etc that is displayed at the time of Checkout.

How do I track my shipment?

Arna India only uses reliable courier service provider. Once the order is shipped, you will be notified with a shipment confirmation via email within 24 hours of dispatching the Product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the courier’s tracking number and the link to the courier website for tracking. You can also track it via our website (My account section).

Return Policy

Replacement of any Product shall be subject to the replacement terms of Arna India, If the Product is returnable, the buyer must immediately contact Arna India Customer Care via phone call or email ( for any replacement or return within times lines as per return policy. All these requests must be raised within a period of three days from the date of Product delivery to the Consumer. Any request for replacement or return beyond the mentioned period will not be accepted. Arna India will provide a replacement, if available, or else will initiate a refund.


  • All Purchased products except fabrics which are cut can be returned.
  • Product with manufacturing defects will be accepted for returns.
  • Product damaged in shipping will be considered for replacement.
  • Shipping/Delivery of wrong Product will be accepted for return.
  • Product with quality issues will be accepted for return.
  • Replacement/refund will not be provided in case the Product has any damages or is used by the Buyer.
  • Product should be returned with all original packaging and accessories, including box.
  • The Buyer shall not tamper with the Product, authentication holograms and stickers.
  • For other Fabric and non-custom products: If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped, you can cancel those orders reaching out to the Customer Service desk (via email or phone. / Only non-customized orders) No charges applicable and the money will be fully refunded to your original mode of payment.
  • Arna India will not provide any return/refund for Fabric and customized Products.
  • Saris once finished with fall and hemming will not be returned or exchanged.
  • For custom products, you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received a confirmation from us.
  • For all Custom orders cancellations by customers will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
  • In case of a custom order been cancelled after 24 hours till 72 hours there will a 25% deduction from total value. In case the order is cancelled after 72 hours or in the middle of the custom designing process there will be a standard deduction of 50% from the total value.
  • However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the final process of producing your apparel has been started.
  • Note: In case of any cancellation, we are not liable to Ship/provide any half-created apparel or fabric back to the customer.
  • For custom orders, the applicable refund will only be provided in the form of Arna India Credits, which can be used to purchase any other product till the validity.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • Any alterations/modifications in the original design will attract additional applicable charges.
  • All Services are non-refundable.

Procedure of raising a Return Request:

  • Please fill the reasons for return and confirm the address for pick up.
  • Our team will validate your return request before approval of the return.
  • After approval, we insist you keep the items properly packed for the pickup. Our logistics partner from your country will arrange pick up of the package or will provide an address for you to drop the package there or you need to ship us the return package. (we recommend that you use our registered shipping method so that the order can be tracked.)
  • Arna India cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned independently.

Refund process

After the receipt of Product (Standard/Non-custom) returned, verified, refund process will be initiated. All the payment made through Charge/Credit/Debit cards or net banking will be processed to the same account, it might take 2 – 3 additional days to reflect the same in your account. The entire process can take up to two weeks.
